We spent 4 incredible days together with likeminded women, in the Swedish mountain town Åre. We were based in our gorgeous retreat house, but spent our days mostly outside, climbing, hiking and exploring nature together.  The house was our safe space, where we ate nutritious, yummy food, practiced yoga and cuddled up in the evenings. The river ran along the edge of the garden, and we went for early morning swims before breakfast on the terrace.

Incredibly talented climbing instructor (and lovely human) Andrea made sure we were safe when climbing and guided us up. We did top rope, sport, trad and bouldering, with no pressure to do anything outside of your comfort zone - but always encouragement to safely try if you wanted to.

As the host, I was amazed with how well the girls took care of each other and gave each other love and support - it truly felt like we were a family by the end. Such a lovely group of women that I'll never forget <3 /Rebecca
